Nine Dot Sales and Training is available on a retained basis to work with your company in hiring salespeople for your team. This could be the first sales staff you have hired or replacements for those who have left the company. In either case, it is vitally important that the interview process is complete and thorough, enabling your company to land the best possible candidates for the open positions.

We will work with your company on job descriptions to fully understand exactly what the positions require and to know the type of person needed to fill them. Once this is established, your company will be ready for the recruitment phase of the process, to bring in candidates for initial interviews.

Nine Dot Sales and Training will conduct primary, secondary and final interviews with the candidates you have recruited. We will make sure finalists are cross checked by all departments of future engagement within the company, before positions are offered.

Sales orientation may be part of the initial process with new hires, up to and including sales technique training, based on the needs of your company and those who have been hired.
